1.  The Office of Multifamily Housing is holding a Multifamily Transformation (MFT) Informational Conference Call at 2pm EDT today.  The call in number is (888) 675-2535. Passcode: 2942823.

2.  PIH 2013-16 Revision - Public Housing Operating Subsidy Eligibility Calculations for CY2014 (PIH 2014-07) provides PHAs with instructions for calculating operating subsidy eligibility in CY2014 and provides information about EPA's ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager system for utility consumption, giving PHAs the opportunity to participate in a pilot to test the use of Portfolio Manager during the CY2014 Operating Subsidy Cycle. 3. HUD's Guidance on Nonprofits Assisting Government Entities in Providing Secondary Financing in Conjunction with FHA-Insured Mortgages clarifies whether nonprofits assisting with a government entity's secondary financing program require HUD approval and placement on the Nonprofit Organization Roster.
