1. Implementation of the Federal Fiscal Year 2014 Funding Provisions for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (PIH 2014-05) implements the Housing Choice Voucher program funding provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014" (PL 113-76).

2. Public Comments: Revised Section 8 Renewal Policy Guide. HUD posted guidance for renewing expiring Section 8 contracts in the draft revised Section 8 Renewal Policy Guide. Public comments identifying the section number, page, and paragraph number are due April 30, 2014.
