1. HUD will provide a RAD Webcast on March 17^th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM EDT to discuss RAD occupancy-related requirements for PBRA conversions. See also: RAD PBRA Quick Reference Guide

2. HUD and the Treasury have released the February Housing Scorecard.

3. Public Comments: Revised Section 8 Renewal Policy Guide. HUD posted guidance for renewing expiring Section 8 contracts in the draft revised Section 8 Renewal Policy Guide. Public comments identifying the section number, page, and paragraph number are due April 30, 2014.
