News of Note:

1. Subsidy Processing for CY2014: HUD's CY2014 Operating Fund - HUD 52723 Electronic Form and the Operating Fund Calculation of Utility Expense Level (UEL) Form - HUD 52722, as well as other tools, are available.

2. HUD hosted a RAD Q&A Webinar November 7th and 14th on the 1st and 2nd components, respectively. HUD is prioritizing projects that will lose their tax credit by not closing this year and simple projects. HUD will be making available a list of projects that close at www.hud.gov/rad.

3. Please see this Memo for HUD submission deadlines for public housing mixed-finance projects that need to close by December 31, 2013.
