1.  R&C submitted comments to HUD in conjunction with the Council of Large Public Housing Authorities (CLPHA) on the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Proposed Rule. 
  
2. 
HUD issued PIH 2013-24, which revises the eligibility criteria for Housing Choice Voucher contract renewal set-aside funding outlined in Paragraph 13 of Notice PIH 2013-12, for Category 1 (Shortfall Funds) for the $103M set-aside.
 
3. 
Notice of Certain Operating Cost Adjustment Factors (OCAFs) for 2014. This notice establishes OCAFs for project-based assistance contracts for eligible multifamily housing projects having an anniversary date on or after February 11, 2014.  

4.  HUD and the U.S. Department of the Treasury released the August edition of the Housing Scorecard.
