1. Comments for HUD's Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing proposed rule are due this Tuesday, September 17^th.

2. Julie S. McGovern and George L. Weidenfeller are speaking on Rental Assistance Programs October 3^rd at the Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Law Development-Midyear Conference 2013 in Asheville.

3. Julie S. McGovern will participate in a RAD teleconference-"RAD in Action"-through the Forum on Affordable Housing & Community Development Law on October 16^th from 1-2:30pm EDT [Register here].

4. George L. Weidenfeller is on a panel called "Understanding the Transfer of HAP Contracts" at the National Leased Housing Association conference on October 17^th from 9-10am in Washington, DC.

5. Lauren M. Lyon-Collis will be speaking at the NAHRO National Conference in Cleveland, Ohio about Using FHA Financing in a RAD Transaction on October 25^th from 10:45am-12:15pm.
