1. PIH Notice 2013-15 (HA): Guidance on Housing Individuals and Families Experiencing Homelessness through the Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs. The purpose of the notice is to provide PHAs strategies to expand the housing opportunities for persons experiencing homelessness through the public housing and HCV programs.
