News of Note:
1. HUD has posted Community Planning and Development (CPD) Program Formula Allocations for Fiscal Year 2013. The allocations are for the following CPD formula programs: Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG). 2. The Department of Agriculture released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Loan Guarantees Under Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program (GRRHP) for Fiscal Year 2013. The Rural Housing Service, USDA is requesting proposals for guaranteed loans under the Section 538 GRRHP with a deadline of December 31, 2013. |
