1.  HUD proposed its FY2014 Budget and issued this press release.  CLPHA released a Comparative Funding Chart for analysis. 

 

2.  HUD released a Mortgagee Letter on the Lender Insurance program enhancements based on a Federal Register Final Rule from January 25, 2012.

 

3.  Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS): Capital Fund Final Scoring Notice regading occupancy issued.
