1. HUD's Office of Environment and Energy (OEE) has launched an Environmental Review Training page with all their webinars in one location.  The webinars cover a variety of topics, discussed by subject matter experts, including the basics of a Part 58 environmental review and assessment tools.  Additionally, the most recent Environmental Review news and announcements can be found on the OneCPD News page.
  
2.  HUD has released the HOME and the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Guidebook which provides guidance to HOME Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) on projects that combine HOME funds with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), including information for PJs on assessing applications for HOME-LIHTC projects from developers.
