News of Note:

1. Operating Fund Proration - January through February Obligations - CY2013.
Please click here for a letter to PHA Executive Directors from HUD Assistant
Secretary Sandra B. Henriquez explaining the 92% interim proration level that will be
used for the Operating Fund program for the first two months of 2013 (compared to the
80 percent proration that would result from using the Continuing Resolution funding
levels).  Once all CY2013 operating subsidy eligibility forms have been finalized, the
final proration may either increase or decrease compared with the interim proration
level.  Please also see the CY2013 Subsidy Processing Website for further
information.
  
2012, HUD selected the following four PHAs for participation in the MTW demonstration
program: the Housing Authority of Columbus (Georgia); the Fairfax County
Redevelopment and Housing Authority (Virginia); the Holyoke Housing Authority 
(Massachusetts); and the Housing Authority of the City of Reno (Nevada).  For more on

3. HUD has issued a Notice of Proposed Information Collection seeking public
comments on revised information collection requirements regarding the following:
