1.  HUD Releases Revised Income Limits for Fiscal Year 2013 (revised from those
released December 4, 2012). Please click here for links to median family income,
income limits and related information.  Under the Housing and Economic Recovery
Act of 2008, income limits used to determine qualification levels and set maximum
rental rates for projects funded with Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits
(LIHTCs) or Section 142 tax exempt private equity bonds are calculated separately
from the Section 8 income limits, and associated projects should use the Multifamily
 
2.  The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requests public comment on the
Community Development Block Grant Recovery (CDBG-R) Program due by February
12, 2013.
