1. HUD released a rule amending the regulations governing partial payment of

claims of the Federal Housing Administration (FHA)'s Section 232 Healthcare

Mortgage Insurance Program (Section 232 program). This rule establishes the

criteria and process by which FHA will accept and pay a partial payment of a claim

under the FHA mortgage insurance contract.
