1.  For those seeking to finance the development or refinance existing loans for nursing homes and assisted living facilities, the much anticipated revisions to the section 232 documents proposing revisions to closing documents for Healthcare Facilities (not Hospitals) were released today in this notice. Comments regarding these revisions are due December 21st, 2012.

3.  A Mortgagee Letter was issued providing general guidance to FHA-approved
