News of Note:

1. Notice PIH 2012-41 (HA) provides PHAs with processing information and instructions for submitting a streamlined Replacement Housing Factor (RHF) Plan.

2. HUD issues a notice of the Final Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for programs requiring

their use, such as: the Housing Choice Voucher, Moderate Rehabilitation, and project-based voucher programs. This notice provides final FY2013 FMRs for all areas that

reflect the estimated 40th and 50th percentile rent levels trended to April 1, 2013.

3. R&C attorneys will lead 5 panels at the NAHRO 2012 National Conference & Exhibition

	Housing Choice Voucher Family Moves with Continued Assistance	PIH 2012-42 (HA) Issued: Oct. 2, 2012 Expires: This notice remains in effect until amended, superseded or rescinded	This notice provides guidance on public housing agency (PHA) administrative responsibilities related to family moves with continued assistance both within a PHA's jurisdiction and portability moves and restates Notice PIH 2011-3, which has expired.
