HUD issued a notice on the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD), providing additional instructions to project owners that submitted requests to convert Rent Supplement and Rental Assistance Payment (RAP) assistance to Project-Based Voucher assistance under the RAD Partial Implementation Notice issued March 8, 2012.
2. CLPHA releases this notice on the impacts of Sequestration on the Public Housing Operating Fund, Housing Choice Voucher renewals and administrative fees.
