1. Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Comments Due October 15, 2012. HUD issued a Notice of Proposed Information Collection on August 15^th soliciting public comments to be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on RAD-supporting contracts and processing requirements that will be used to process and complete the conversion of Public Housing, Moderate Rehabilitation (Mod Rehab), Rent Supplement (Rent Supp), and Rental Assistance Payment (RAP) properties. Please see these RAD-supporting contracts and processing requirements to review and submit comments: Agreement to Enter into Housing Assistance Payments Contract Rider, Existing Housing Rider, and the New Construction or Rehabilitation Rider.
