News of Note:
1. Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Final Notice to be Released Mid-July.
- The final notice will include changes made in response to public comments requested in PIH 2012-18 of the initial notice.
- The initial application period will allow owners 90 days to apply.
- Revised rules will allow owners of Rent Supp, RAP, and Mod Rehab properties with an interest in participating in RAD's second component to apply immediately.
