1. Housing notice 12-10 offers these guidelines for assumption, subordination or assignment of Mark-to-Market (M2M) loans in the Transfer of Physical Assets (TPA) and refinance transactions.   

2. HUD issued these changes to its Section 8 Renewal Policy Guide Book.

Rent to Owners in subsidized projects under the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program

The purpose of this Notice is to provide guidance to Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) when determining the rent to owner for an HCV tenancy when the participant family chooses to lease a unit under the HCV program.
