1. The National Association for Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) created a chart comparing the Senate mark to FYs 2011 and 2012 enacted levels, the President's FY 2013 budget, and NAHRO's funding recommendations for FY 2013.
2. Requirements for Prepayment and Refinance of Section 202 Direct Loans have been updated.
3. HUD announces Funding Awards for the Choice Neighborhoods Grant Program for FYs 2010 and 2011.

The Uniform Financial Reporting Standards (UFRS), at 24 C.F.R. § 5.801, require Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) as defined under 24 C.F.R. § 982.4[1] that administer the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, to submit financial information to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) electronically.
