1. R&C and the Council of Large Public Housing Authorities (CLPHA) jointly submitted comments to HUD regarding the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program implementing notice.

2. The Senate Appropriations Committee has released the subcommittee markup of the fiscal year 2013 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations bill. For a summary of the markup, click here.

3. HUD issues final rule streamlining the State CDBG Program, including program income.
