1. The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) issued a proposed rule on Multifamily Accelerated Processing to considerably reduce the processing time of applications.
2. R&C has prepared this summary of the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program implementing notice. Comments to HUD are due April 23rd.
