The FREE, three-week Fresh Start program, sponsored by Daytona State College and the State of Florida, Department of Economic Opportunity, is designed to assist individuals to make a successful transition from homemaker to workplace. Participants will learn how to build confidence, manage stress, establish goals, explore career interests, investigate educational opportunities, write a winning resume, improve interview skills, learn job search tools, and prepare for a new beginning.

Classes run Monday through Friday, starting Monday, Jan. 14, and continue through Feb. 4, at the Daytona Beach Campus, Deltona Campus and Flagler/Palm Coast Campus. Classes meet from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Daytona Beach and Deltona) and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Flagler/Palm Coast).
