County Leadership Summit is Thursday, June 2. 
Students from every high school in Gwinnett County will meet at Peachtree Ridge High School for a day of fun, food, sharing and learning. National and local leaders and speakers will hold sessions for the students. Cost is $50 per student. Brookwood will pay for the first 20 students who sign up in A106.

Jazz Band
Thursday, April 21, Brookwood Jazz Band will perform in The Commons during all lunches to celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month.

April 28-30, 7 p.m. in BHS Theater. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Watch as Charlie and other characters fly across stage thanks to special professional equipment. Advance tickets are $7 beginning on April 21. Tickets at the door are $10.

Science Olympiad State Tourney
April 16 @ Emory University. 
Brookwood will vie for the state title, which has been held by our Broncos since 2011. If they do it again, the trophy will likely go alongside the region trophy seen here displayed in Mr. Cox's classroom.

Relay For Life Game at BHS
April 17, Brookwood vs Woodward @ BHS Stadium. BHS Girls play at 2:30 p.m. BHS Varsity plays at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 and benefit Relay For Life.

French Club and German Club
Thursday, April 21, 3-5 p.m. Annual rivalry between France and Germany at AMF Bowling Alley in Snellville. Sign up with Frau Kimbrough or Mr. Powers. 

Spanish Club
Thursday, April 28, 2:20 p.m. in A26. Celebrate the final meeting of the year eating great food and mimicking La Tomatina with water balloons. Paid members only. Sign up with a Spanish teacher by April 22. Bring a change of clothes; you might get wet.

German Club 
Saturday, May 7. Trip to Helen, Ga., for traditional German food, shops and activities. German Club will pay for lunch, but feel free to bring money to shop. Sign up with Frau Kimbrough in A21.

BEST Club
Thursday, April 21, 3:30 p.m. It's Bronco Field Day! Meet at the softball field to play kickball and other outdoor activities and to eat some Popsicles

Philanthropy Highlight 

Join several of our students at this event for all ages. You'll enjoy great food, 13 inflatables, including a 25-foot rock climbing wall, 30 carnival games, face painting by our art students, and the chance to help the Amanda Riley Foundation with resources to put smiles on the faces of children battling cancer.
