Saturday night will be the third and final performances of Subsequent, Brookwood's fall dance show.
More than 100 students are involved in our school's dance program.

American Education Week - November 16-20

Dual Enrollment/MOWR for Summer or Fall 2016 
Interested students should take the ACT or SAT to prepare for the colleges' admissions requirements. (Score reports may take up to a month.) When registering for a test, include the dual enrollment college so that scores are sent directly to the school. See this link for colleges and requirements.

Students who took the ASVAB in September: 
The ASVAB Interpretation session is Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 9:30 a.m. in the Maroon Gym lobby. Students will receive a notice in class to attend.

Final Exam Care Packages
Download this order form and return it with payment by Friday, Dec. 11, to reserve a package for your favorite Bronco. All proceeds go to the National Honor Society Scholarship. First semester: $12. Both semesters: $22.

Performing & Fine Arts

Dance Show
Saturday, Nov. 14 , at 7 p.m. in the BHS Theater. Titled Subsequent, this show features several pieces choreographed by Brookwood Dance students. Tickets are $10 at the door.

Eunice Choi, Evan Butterworth and Ruby Lee will be performing in at Carnegie Hall in February.

Orchestra Concert
Thursday, Nov. 19, 5 p.m. in The Commons. Come see our Maroon and Gold Orchestra, Concert Strings, Symphonic Strings and Symphony Orchestra.

HELPING HANDS AND HEARTS
HHH Week is Nov. 16-20 at BHS
We'll raise money every day this week for Brookwood's main teacher/ student-run charitable organization that raises money for families in need throughout the Brookwood cluster. 



Monday
Collect donations in Guided Study.
Just think, if each of us would forego one bottled drink this week and donate the $1 to HHH, then we could raise more than $3000 in a single day.  
 
Tuesday

$3 Chick-fil-A Biscuits will be on sale in The Commons before school. During extended lunch, choose a dessert from the $1 Student Bake Sale items.



Wednesday

Delicious $1 doughnuts will be on sale in The Commons  before school. We will collect donations in Guided Study. At night, be prepared to be amazed at the Teacher Talent Show

Thursday

Science Olympiad
Saturday, Nov. 14, UGA Invitational. At the recent invitational at Central Forsyth, BHS won one-third of the events offered! 

Spanish Club
Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2:20 p.m. in A26. Discuss how the holidays are celebrated in some Spanish-speaking countries, make crafts, and enjoy quesadillas!

Best Club
Tuesday, Nov. 17, 6-7:30 p.m., The Best Annual Thanksgiving Feast in The Commons for all club members and their families. Members may get more information by emailing bhsbestclub@gmail.com.
