Count them: 1, 2, 3, 4 trophies at the Gwinnett Country Track and Field Championship.  Brookwood Boys'
Varsity and JV and Girls' Varsity and JV teams each won first place titles.  Although many more were
involved in the sweep, these Broncos took time to happily display their medals and team trophies.

Parent Volunteer Meeting: SENIOR LETTERS  

April 14, 2:30-3:30 p.m. in Room C-25. Our senior letters project involves sorting thousands of letters, April 14 - May 6, and distributing them to seniors during graduation practice. If you would like to help, please attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend but want to participate, please contact Donna Gomez at donna_gomez@gwinnett.k12.ga.us.

Final SAT Prep Class before the May 2 Test 

Register after spring break on April 13 in Office A3, from noon until 2:30 p.m.  Classes will be held April 13-29, Mondays and Wednesdays, 2:30-4:30 p.m. in Room A104. Cost: $94. This course is offered by the Brookwood Community School.

BOSS Buddies Festival

Saturday, April 4, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the BHS practice football field. A day of fun for our cluster's special needs children and their families, sponsored by Chick-fil-A Scenic Highway and our BOSS students. See here  for more details.


 

Spring Carnival on Saturday, April 18.

Come 5-9 p.m. to the Gold Gym and Maroon Gym for an evening of food, fun and fund-raising. All proceeds will go toward the Brookwood $100K Challenge to benefit Relay for Life and other charities. Event is geared for all ages! See the flyer for more.

Brookwood Special Olympics

April 3, Gwinnett County Special Olympics track and field competition at Parkview. Events include the 50 and 100 meter run, long jump and softball throw. Go, Broncos!

 

Outdoors Club

April 14, Treetop Quest Zipline. Pay the $25 fee on MyPaymentsPlus and submit forms to Ms. Settles in C12.

Robotics Team

April 15-18, VEX Robotics World Championship presented by The Northrop Grumman Foundation, held in Louisville, KY. Two robots and 15 Broncos will represent our school; this is nearly double the count on both fronts over last year. This is Brookwood's fifth consecutive year to qualify for World. 

 

Wonderful Wednesday Open Mic is back!

April 15, the first Wednesday after spring break, students perform or take in the show during extended lunch. Sign up in the Media Center to perform.
