The cast and crew of Urinetown, Brookwood's musical comedy of the season, took first place in the Region at the Georgia High School Association One Act Play competition.  Next up: the State Championship! 
Academics

Sign up online for Freshman Academy or visit the 9th grade office. A form must be completed for each session, available through this link, on BHS's homepage, and on the e-class landing page. Sessions are held the first 35 minutes of each extended lunch and offer help in math, language arts and science.
Our Broncos Robotics Team placed 2nd in the Lambert Invitational, eliminating GSMST in the semi-finals and securing a spot in the state competition next February.
Seniors may pay graduation fees online any time at GABalfour.com, and juniors may pay dues for prom tickets this year and next at MyPaymentsPlus.

Brookwood earned Superior ratings in percussion, drum majors, color guard and overall band at
the Haralson High Golden River Invitational,
and our Drumline took first place.

Elementary Night
Tonight, October 24, 5:30-8:30 p.m. Game booths, face painting, trick-or-treating, costume contest. Enter through the horseshoe at the front of the school.  $5/child, parents are free.

Haunted F-Hall

Saturday, October 25, 7:30- 10:30 p.m. (Last ticket sold at 9:30.) Frighteningly perfect for middle and high school students. Daring walks in F-Hall and fun activities in The Commons. Enter through the F-Hall doors between the band and orchestra rooms.  $10/ticket

 

Wonderful Wednesday Halloween Team Trivia is October 29 during all lunches. Gather in teams of four, sign up and attend in the Media Center.


Annual Arts & Crafts Fair at BHS, sponsored by the Brookwood Tip Off Club/Basketball Booster Club, is November 8, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

 

Brookwood Youth Wrestling registration is open until November 17, when practices begin. Find information at online within the BHS team website. 

 

Brookwood Coed Basketball registration is available online and is open to boys and girls, 6-18.

 

Drivers Education offered through the Brookwood Community School begins November 12.  See informationregister at the Community School Office.

Outdoor Club will have its next trip on October 24-25, camping on the Chattooga River.
