Final Exam Schedule

May 19 - All students take 1st period final exams. Seniors take 6th & 7th period final exams.

May 20 - All students take 4th & 2nd period final exams. Students released at 11:46 a.m.

May 21  - All students take 5th & 3rd period final exams. Students released at 11:46 a.m.

May 22 - Underclassmen take 6th & 7th period final exams. Students released at 11:46 .m.

 

Exam make-up day, May 23, 8:30 p.m.

 

Students will be asked to leave the building each day at release time, unless they have an appointment with a teacher.

 

No bookbags on the last day of school.

 

Graduation ceremony, 8:00 p.m. on May 22 in the stadium. The ceremony will also be shown live from the home page of the school website. DVD copies of the ceremony will be on sale from the school website.

Caitlin Costello & Erica Mills have been named "Best Young Entrepreneurs" by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce in the Snellville Shark Tank competition.
Chick-fil-A biscuits will be sold for $2 during the break between exams on May 20-22. 

 

All personal medication stored in the clinic must be picked up by May 22 during school hours by an adult over the age of 18. Medications picked up on the early release days of May 20, 21 or 22 must be picked up by 11:30 a.m. Meds not picked up by the last school day will be thrown away.

Boys play for the AAAAAA State Championship title versus Mill Creek, May 17, 7:30 p.m. @ Kennesaw State University. A big send-off is planned as they board the buses for the game, Saturday @ 4:30 p.m. in the front of the school. The game will be broadcast live at this link.

If you can donate food (donuts, breakfast casseroles & fruit) for the Senior Breakfast or would like to help, sign up online at this link. Food should be dropped off at the stadium by 7:45 a.m. on May 22. Volunteers are needed 7:30-10:00 a.m.

 

Project Graduation is a safe all night graduation party for Brookwood's graduating seniors. The party will be held at Dave & Buster's at Sugarloaf Mills. Tickets will be on sale at graduation practice May 22 for $65.

 

Show your kids you can still hang with the late-nighters! We need some folks to step up & chaperone the Project Graduation all-night graduation party at Dave & Busters on May 22. For more info, contact Liz Reid by email at lizandkeithreid@bellsouth.net. 

 

The final supply of school yearbooks will be on sale May 19 after school in A23. $100 cash or money order.

 

Baccalaureate Service, May 18, 3:00 p.m. at Cannon UMC. (Seniors arrive at 2:30 p.m. wearing cap, gown, cords & stoles, without their purses or cell phones.)
