23rd Annual Arts & Crafts Festival to benefit the Tip-Off Club, November 9, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. in the Commons Area. Flyer.

The PTSA needs bakers & other volunteers to provide cookies for the BHS staff on November 20. Cookies in disposable, non-returnable containers may be dropped off at the front or theater entrances 7:00 a.m. to noon on the 20th. Students may drop the cookies off. Sign up to help here.

 

The Miss Brookwood Scholarship Pageant is February 8. Applications are available on the PTSA website or can be picked up during lunches on November 19 & 20. Applications & registration are due on November 22nd during lunches in the Commons. An informational workshop for registered contestants will be held on Dec 5th at 7:00 p.m. in the Media Center. Applications for senior male escorts & senior emcees are also available & accepted on a first come, first served basis (due by November 22nd).


Every year, Brookwood clubs, classes, staff & the community pull together to raise money for those in need in our cluster.  The campaign is called "Helping Hands & Hearts."  This year HHH Week is November 13-20. Fundraising events are planned throughout the week. Click here for a few of the events scheduled for this year.

Join us for "McTeacher Night" at the McDonalds on 124 in the Target shopping center. Brookwood teachers & administrators will be behind the counter between 5:00 & 7:00 p.m. HHH gets a portion of the sales. 

Through November 30, Nash Chevrolet will donate $50 to Brookwood's Students Against Destructive Decisions Club for every test drive at their 630 Scenic Highway location. 

Seniors can win a new Chevy Sonic or Cruze (& other great prizes) from Nash Chevrolet by having 98% or higher school attendance.  Students are automatically entered, but must be present to win. More details in the coming months.

Parents can send students Final Exam Care Packages to be delivered during Final Exams in Dec. Proceeds benefit the National Honor Society. More info & order form.
