Homecoming Parade, TODAY, 4:15 p.m. The parade starts at Brookwood Elementary, winds through Brookwood Manor & down Dogwood Road in front of the school.

Driver's Ed Class offered through the Community School, November 12-December 18 in Room A113, Tuesday & Wednesday, 2:30-5:30 p.m. Class includes thirty hours of instruction and six hours of driving. Price $345. Registration in Room A3. Print form at www.brookwooddriversed.com.

Through November 30, Nash Chevy will donate $50 to Brookwood's Students Against Destructive Decisions Club for every test drive at their 630 Scenic Highway location. Just mention this program at the dealership for details.

Seniors can win a new Chevy Sonic or Cruze (and other great prizes) from Nash Chevrolet by having 98% or higher school attendance. Students are automatically entered, but must be present on May 17 at the Cobb Galleria to win. More details coming soon.

Seniors: Balfour will be on campus for graduation announcement orders on October 29 (during lunches & 5:00-8:00 p.m.) & October 30 (during lunches). Or, you can order online at www.gabalfour.com.

Balfour will be outside the main office for letter jacket orders (all grades) & class ring orders (juniors) on October 29 & 30 during lunches. $100 deposit needed. If you are ordering a letter jacket, bring your Brookwood letter with you.

Auditions for the Talent Show will take place the week after Thanksgiving Break. Students will hear more about this over the announcements in the coming weeks.

The Elite 8 teams head to Columbus for the next rounds.  Broncos will play on October 31, 6:00 p.m. vs Kennesaw Mountain at the Columbus Softball Complex. Directions, bracket & more.

Fine Arts 

Dance presents Lost & Found, October 30, 31 & November 2, 7:00 p.m. in the Theater. $7 tickets on sale during lunches starting October 28 or $10 at the door. The story for the show is loosely based on Alice In Wonderland. Students in a 9th grade language arts class wrote the story & a student wrote a piece of original piano music for the show. The audience will decide how the story ends! 

Theater presents Raggedy Ann & Andy, November 12 & 14, 7:00 p.m. in the Theater. Tickets for students & adults $7 in advance or $10 at the door. Tickets are $5 for children under 13.
