Six-week progress reports will be distributed to students on September 23.
The PSAT is an excellent teaching test, which has been shown to help students increase scores on the actual SAT. 10th grade students will take the PSAT at school on October 16 free of charge. There is a $15 charge for 9th & 11th graders who would like to take the PSAT at school on October 16. 9th & 11th graders may register online at www.mypaymentsplus.com through September 26. The Media Center will show 30-minute SAT Prep Videos after school free of charge. Sessions begin at 2:30 p.m. There is a different video each day. Critical Reading & Writing videos on September 24, 25 & 26. Math videos on September 30, October 1, 2 & 3. |

Since 2002, Brookwood Schools Foundation has granted over $111,000 to assist Brookwood educators with innovative projects that would not have been funded through the county or state. Brookwood Schools Foundation's online auction is open. Items include front row seats to programs, school parking spots, sports & fine arts tickets & more. Check it out at this link. The Dance Department is looking for a few good men for the Mr. Brookwood Pageant. Requirements: Must be a senior willing to perform one minute of a special talent & must be available Oct. 22, 2:30-6:30 p.m. & Oct. 23, 5:00-10:00 p.m. $25 entry fee. The Mr. Brookwood Pageant is Oct. 23. |
