Bronco
February 18 is a student/teacher holiday.

 

Our AP over curriculum, David Cashman, created this helpful list of Brookwood courses that are HOPE Scholarship eligible. Check it out.

 

Six week progress reports will be distributed to students on February 19.

 

AP Test registration is open through March 8 on www.mypaymentplus.com.

 

Starting February 20, students will have access to grades & drill-down specifics on assignments in a new "My Grades" tab on the Student Portal.

 

As the Class of 2013 makes decisions about next year, names are added to the Bronco WallLook who has been added so far. Seniors can add their name in A36.

Brookwood Theater presents The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, February 28, March 1 & 2. Blithe Spirit, March 6, 7 & 8. and The Crucible, March 21, 22 & 23.

Freshman & sophomore girls are invited to DeVry University's "HerWorld" on March 19. This event introduces females to careers in science, technology, engineering & math. More.

Senior formal cap & gown portraits will be offered after school in the Maroon Gym Lobby on March 20 & 21, 2:30-5:00 p.m. Cap & gown provided, but guys should wear a white shirt & tie. Students sign up in B27. More info & prices.

 
The American Red Cross will host a Student Blood Drive, March 13, 3:00-7:00 p.m. in the Commons. Sign-up during lunches March 6 & 8.

Varsity Girls Basketball defeated South in overtime 39-34. Broncos advance to Region Semis TONIGHT vs Parkview. Game time 7:00 p.m. @ South. More from the Gwinnett Daily Post.

 

Wrestling
Congratulations to Drew McCorkle, Thanh Nguyen, Wyatt Jozwowski & Stephen Solamon. These wrestlers will represent Brookwood as they compete against the top 16 wrestlers in their weight class for a chance at a state medal this weekend. Details.
