No school on MLK, Jr. Day, January 21.

 

Parents & students are invited to explore advanced placement classes offered at Brookwood at an AP Information Fair, January 29, 7:00 p.m. in the Commons Area.

 

Balfour will be taking $90 graduation fees during all lunches in the Commons Area. Senior boys pay on Jan. 24th, girls on the 25th. Cash, money order or check to Balfour. Fee covers graduation cap, gown and other senior expenses.

 

Some juniors & seniors may be interested in programs offered at Maxwell High School of Technology for the 2013-14 school year. Students in these programs attend Brookwood for half of the day & Maxwell for the other half. Transportation is provided between the schools. Maxwell will have an open house next month for interested students & their parents.  More.

Theater presents Blithe Spirit, January 31, February 1 & 2. Tickets on sale at the door. $7 for adults, $6 for students & senior citizens.

The Talent Show, January 18, 7:00 p.m. in the Theater. $8 tickets on sale during lunches.

This is the only fundraiser for Pegasus, Brookwood's Literary Magazine.

On-campus parking info for 2013-14 seniors coming soon! Meetings will be held after school on March 25, April 24, May 7 & 16. Interested students must attend one meeting.

 

Brookwood makes plans to welcome the Class of 2017.  Curriculum night for rising freshman is January 28 @ 7:00 p.m. in the Commons.  Parents of rising freshmen can tour BHS & meet with Principal Dees @ 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. on February 13. More.
