Good luck to the Brookwood Academic Team. It will host the 25th Annual Brookwood Invitational Scholars Bowl. Over 100 teams will attend the tournament at Brookwood on Saturday.

Talent Show auditions are November 27 & 28, 2:30-6:00 p.m. Sign up to audition with Mr. Kling in A104. The Talent Show is January 18 and is a fundraiser for the BHS literary magazine, Pegasus.
Applications for the Miss Brookwood Scholarship Pageant will be given out during lunches on November 27 & 28 & representatives will be available to answer questions. Applications & a $35 registration fee are due on November 30 during lunches. Applications for contestants, senior male escorts & senior emcees are also available now on the PTSA website. The Miss Brookwood Pageant is February 9th.
Yearbooks are on sale online. $100. Price goes up on December 1.
Prom is April 27. Payments will be online at www.mypaymentsplus.com. However, no need to rush. There is not a limit to the number of juniors and seniors who may attend.
Through December 7, BHS is selling premium coffee to the community to raise money for Helping Hands & Hearts (HHH). $14 per bag & HHH keeps $7 from each purchase. Order online using these instructions.

Orchestra concert, Nov. 29 in the Commons. Maroon & Gold orchestras begin at 6:00 p.m., Concert orchestra at 7:00 p.m. & Symphonic at 8:00 p.m. Admission is $5 per family.
Family portrait opportunity, December 1 in the orchestra room. $20 for an 11" x 14" photo (a $65 value). More information. This is a fundraiser for the BHS orchestra.

Brookwood Theater presents Twelve Dancing Princesses, December 6 & 8, 7:00 p.m. in the BHS Theater.
The Marching Band is in the final eight bands competing in The Bert Show's Battle of the Marching Bands. Online voting at this link. This round of voting ends November 18.
