Theater presents Working, a musical exploration of 26 people from all walks of life. Cast members Devyn Crawley, Regan Jolley & Luke Schussler received awards when a portion of the production was performed at One Act Competition.  See the show on Nov. 6 or 8, 7:00 p.m. Tickets on sale at the door. $7 for adults, $6 for students & senior citizens.

Media Center is offering free SAT review sessions for those taking the SAT on December 1.  Different video each day from 2:30-3:00 p.m. Critical reading, vocabulary, & writing on Nov.
13, 14 & 15. Math on Nov. 26, 27 & 28.

Fencing logo
The Fencing Team will host a tournament on November 3 @ Crews Middle & November 4 @ N. Ga. Fencing Center in Suwanee. The action starts at 9:00 a.m. each day.

   

22nd Annual Brookwood Arts & Crafts Festival, Nov. 10, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. in the Commons Area. 100 crafters will participate with handmade items, holiday gifts, decorations, floral arrangements, jewelry and more. The festival is a fundraiser for the Tip-Off Club.

 

PTSA Cookie Day for the Brookwood staff is November 15. If you would like to bake cookies or help distribute the cookies at school, go to the PTSA website for more info.

 

Mark your calendars for the Miss Brookwood Scholarship Pageant, February 9th. Last year the PTSA awarded over $3600 in scholarships & cash prizes to contestants. This is an opportunity for the young ladies of Brookwood to build confidence, practice public speaking and form friendships. Check out the info on the PTSA website if you are interested in being an applicant, an emcee or an escort.
