Connect to Brookwood
Homecoming Parade, October 19, 4:30 p.m. The parade winds through Brookwood Manor and down Dogwood Road in front of the school.
Homecoming Dance is October 20, 8:00-11:30 p.m. in the Commons Area. No tickets at the door. Students need a student ID & a receipt/ticket. If you haven't printed a receipt, go to mypaymentsplus & get a receipt from "View Payment History."
A Daisy A Day is donating 5% off the gross sale of Homecoming Flowers to Brookwood's HHH campaign to help the less fortunate in our community. Just mention coupon "I Support HHH" when you call or go by.
Proceeds from the Homecoming Dance coat check also benefit HHH. $1 per coat, $5 per bag.
Nash Chevrolet will donate $50.00 to Brookwood for every test drive taken by a member of the Brookwood Community. Just go to Nash Chevrolet between October 8 and November 30, test drive a car & you will receive a code to enter on the Nash Chevrolet website to ensure that Brookwood gets the money. Last year we raised approximately $4,000 through this initiative!
During Red Ribbon Week, October 22-26, students will be asking peers to sign a drug-free pledge. Those who sign receive a treat & are entered into a drawing for a QT gift card.
The Community School offers evening courses for members of the community. Upcoming classes include Defensive Driving for Insurance Reduction and Mystery Shopping Workshop. More info on the Community School website.

Vote for the Marching Band in The Bert Show's Battle of the Marching Bands. Online voting at this link. First round of the contest ends on October 21. Winning band receives a $5K prize.
Brookwood Theater presents the musical Working, November 8 and 10, 7:00 p.m. in the Theater. Tickets $7 for adults, $6 for students and senior citizens. The group will perform a portion of the play in One Act Competition at the Gwinnett Civic Center on October 25.
The Brookwood Jazz Combo will perform on October 24, 7:00-9:00 p.m. @ Empire Pizza, 2948 Five Forks Trickum Road.
