People in Transition

Sunday, October 20, Mary Ann Santoro Bellini will speak on the topic of "People in Transition: The Psychological Process of Cultural Adjustment." What happens at the psychological level when we move from our home to another country? We may go through periods of tension and anxiety, loss of well being, both physical and psychological, and an over all sense of confusion. It's like we're on the emotional roller coaster.

Grab a cappuccino and meet us in the Undercroft at 10:00 AM.
