Greetings!
Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries has now passed the five year mark! Over the past five and a half years, we've seen God open doors for teaching and ministry in Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Rwanda, the Congo, France, Ukraine, and the United States.
We started as a strictly itinerant teaching ministry, bringing The Spirit-Led Leader curriculum from country to country. Today, we still work in multiple countries, but the ministry is based primarily in Myanmar, where we spend up to six months a year.
Myanmar is suddenly opening up with unbelievable new opportunities for development in every aspect of society. In a country that is 89% Buddhist, the focus of our work is with the current and future leaders of the church, which comprises about 6% of the population (approximately 3 million people).
We teach seminary and graduate courses at Myanmar Institute of Theology (M.I.T.), speak in churches, offer additional workshops at other Christian schools in various parts of the country, and work with street kids in Yangon. As our ministries continue to evolve, we're excited about the many different opportunities before us, including but not limited to the following: - Teaching over 100 theological students each year who, all together, will serve tens of thousands of people in various places throughout Myanmar
- Helping M.I.T. , the only officially sponsored seminary of the Myanmar Baptist Convention, develop their M.Th. and Ph.D. programs. This will strengthen the Church's ability to educate their pastors and professors in order to build up the church at a level only dreamed about up to this point.
- Bringing the light and love of Christ to Buddhists, Muslims, and Hindus in Myanmar
- Increasing opportunities to serve Christ outside of Yangon through the Association for Theological Education in Myanmar (ATEM) and other Christian institutions in Myanmar and other countries as well
- Revitalizing pastors and other Christian leaders in multiple countries where there is great hardship and suffering, so that they can return to their positions of responsibility encouraged and better able to serve
We are awed and humbled by all that has developed in such a relatively short time. We're excited to think of what still lies ahead in the coming years. We are also very grateful to each and every one of you who prays for us, listens to our stories, encourages us, and is contributing financially to help this ministry flourish and grow. Thank you for partnering with us. Serving Christ together, with much gratitude, Tim Geoffrion President and Teaching Minister "What you have heard from me through many witnesses entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others as well." -2 Timothy 2:2, NRSV

A Word of Appreciation from Samuel Ngun Ling, President of Myanmar Institute of Theology (MIT)
I believe that the presence and teaching [of Tim and Jill Geoffrion] will continue to help strengthen their relationships with MIT in many ways. MIT will need to develop more and more institutional networking and partnership programs at international levels in the future so that the presence of our beloved friends will be more and more meaningful and contributive to the better development of our academic studies here in MIT in the coming years. Faith, Hope, and Love Global Ministries will continue to serve as the backbone and driving force of our future educational programs not only in MIT but also in ATEM (Association for Theological Education in Myanmar) as we begin to step forward towards a new era of democratic Myanmar. | Dr. Samuel Ngun Ling and Tim at MIT's Baccalaureate Service |

An Exciting Time for Ministry
As Faith, Hope, and Love officially embarks on its sixth year as an organization, we are stepping into our most exiting time of ministry yet. Tim and Jill are now widely teaching, inspiring, and encouraging Christian leaders throughout the world in person and through a growing web resource ministry. Particularly exciting are the increasing number of opportunities we have to serve the ever changing and developing country of Myanmar. If there was ever a time to invest in the leadership of Myanmar, now is that time.
Due to the donors who have given so generously this summer, we are able to move forward confidently in anticipation of the next ministry season abroad, starting in just a few weeks. For those of who have not yet contributed this year, would you consider making a one time donation at this time, or becoming a monthly giver to help us with cash flow going into the fall?
To learn more about your donation options, please click the "Donate" button below. We greatly appreciate your prayers and support as we move forward in this exciting time of ministry.
Serving Christ with you,
Assistant to the President
