One definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.


Whether your goal is to lose weight, balance hormones, change habits or remove barriers to health, it's essential that you change how you think about your situation.  It's like changing a default setting on your hard drive, only you have to keep pushing "enter" again and again.  Repetition, repetition, repetition.


This is how you learned to walk, read, write and create your story of "how" you are "who" you are.  It's hard-wired and chemically enhanced in your brain.  Your neural networks and brain chemicals are your default setting.


When you consistently focus on a positive outcome it rewires your brain and creates healthy neural chemical connections thus improving your ability to reach your goals.

The Cameron Wellness Center is offering a special program that will greatly enhance your exercise routine (don't have one? We can help with that too!)

You will work together with Dr. Cameron to create a customized health program based on your exercise routine and desired goals.


Our program will:

  • Ensure your workout is effective and safe
  • Optimize your time/energy
  • Track your weekly progress 
  • Help you create realistic health goals






What does it include?

  • One 15 minute visit with Dr.Cameron at the beginning of the program to look at your goals and help you make a plan for the month.
  • One 15 minute visit with Dr.Cameron at the end of the program to analyze your progress and help you make long term goals.
  • Four Bio-Impedance Analysis tests. A great way to establish a baseline and measure your weekly progress!
  • Four weekly B shots. Give your workout a boost with our awesome B vitamin shots. 




Stress Relief Blend


A simple way to reduce stress is to make an aromatherapy Stress Relief Blend.

This is one of the cheapest and simple blends  to make:

Mix together:

  • 12 drops of Clary Sage Oil,
  • 4 drops of Lemon Oil
  • 4 drops of Lavender Oil.  
  • Place in a dark colored glass bottle with a lid. 
  • Roll between your hands to mix oils thoroughly.  
  • Add 1- 2 oz. of a carrier oil such as Jojoba Oil or Sweet Almond Oil. Again cap bottle and roll between your hands. 

Apply small amount topically to your temples, under your nose, and the back of your neck. 

Deep breathe and  R-E-L-A-X !    

Feel your stress level melt away.
