Whether your goal is to lose weight, balance hormones, change habits or remove barriers to health, it's essential that you change how you think about your situation. It's like changing a default setting on your hard drive, only you have to keep pushing "enter" again and again. Repetition, repetition, repetition.
This is how you learned to walk, read, write and create your story of "how" you are "who" you are. It's hard-wired and chemically enhanced in your brain. Your neural networks and brain chemicals are your default setting.
When you consistently focus on a positive outcome it rewires your brain and creates healthy neural chemical connections thus improving your ability to reach your goals.
