 Dr Todd Talks:
Help! I can't stop sneezing!
What can I do?
An allergy is an immune response to substances that are usually not harmful. Our immune system generally protects against bacteria and viruses but also against foreign substances called allergens. These are harmless unless the immune response is overly sensitive.
Symptoms like a runny nose, hives, red eyes and lots of sneezing might be the result of an overactive system! What can you do? Here are some of my favorite allergy relief tips.
Allergy Relief Tips
Change air filters in home and office.-
Wash hair before going to sleep.
-
Check the pollen count and wear a mask if necessary.
-
Wash pets and limit their time on your bed.
-
- Nettles can be used as a tea or in capsule form to lessen allergy symptoms.
- Quercitin decreases histamine response as well as inflammation.
- Vitamin C is a powerful immune booster that can make a huge difference when trying to control allergy symptoms. You can take Vitamin C in an oral form, or ask about our IV drips.
*Note: We have many products in our store that can boost your immune system and our nasal sprays will give you immediate relief!
