Congratulations to our latest WIN BIG winners! On Nov. 18, walk-in member Derrick Turner assisted Iris Levin, Member Services Manager, in the latest drawing.
By randomly selecting the numbers, Turner identified the winning members who have been using our self-service features for a minimum of three months. The winners were selected out of a pool of 27,873 self-service users.

Security in lights
It's late at night and there's just a sliver of the moon to be seen, resulting in a very dark evening. You pull into the driveway and the family starts to unload and make their way to the house. Suddenly, you hear a sound, but it's too dark to see anything. What do you do?
Do you quickly proceed into the house and lock the door behind you, still wondering what could have made that noise? Or, do you have everyone run back to the car and turn on the headlights while you check it out?
With a residential security light, you could have seen that your arrival scared your neighbor's cat as much as it scared you! Here comes storm season
Over the last year and a half, we have provided many of you a resource which provides information about upcoming storms within your area. The response to the Touchstone Energy Weather Connection app has been overwhelmingly positive.
We would love to hear your stories and how this app has helped you! Many of you have experienced a storm over the last year and we would like to know how you were alerted and how the app helped you. Were you cooking when the alert sounded telling you to take cover? Did you receive an alert about an area where a family member lives, allowing you the time to notify them so they could take cover? What's your story?
