Dear Preschool Families,
We would like to apologize for the confusion this morning during drop-off time.
Our morning drop-off schedule is as follows:
- Drop off in the Blossom Room if you arrive between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
- After 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. drop off in the Playground. (Fees apply before 8:50 a.m.)
- There is a grace period between 8:50 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Parents are welcome to supervise their child on the playground if arriving before 8:50 a.m. and do not wish to be charged.

Back-to-School Night (Adults Only)
Tuesday, September 13 at 7:00 PM
This event is for parents and guardians (no childcare provided). Please meet in your child's classroom.
Student Picture Day Thursday, September 15 (For ALL Students) School Pictures for preschool students will take place in Founders Hall this Thursday. The photographer will begin taking class group pictures promptly at the start time below followed by individual pictures. Please send envelopes with your child by that morning with the correct amount.
If your child does not usually attend school on this day, we ask
that they please come in for their class picture and individual photograph.
Blossom Room: Class Picture 9:00 a.m. and individual picture to follow.
Garden Room: Class Picture 9:30 a.m. and individual picture to follow.
Sunshine Room: Class Picture 10:00 a.m. and individual picture to follow.
Preschool Back-to-School Sunday
Sunday, September 18 at 9:30 AM
Please join us as we'll be recognizing our preschool families during our worship service. Children are invited to Sunday School during the service.
Minimum Day
Friday, September 30
Classes will be dismissed at 12 PM (after care is available at
no-charge based on your child's regular schedule).
Fellowship at Chuck E. Cheese between noon and 3:00 PM.

Dear Preschool Families,
We made it through the first few weeks of school, hooray! The children are loving their new classrooms, teachers and friends. They are also getting use to attending school and are adjusting to their new routine and schedule appropriately. Please allow some more time for them to fully adjust and we ask that you continue to reassure them that school is a great place to be. I have included an article to help guide you and you child to have a great transition during drop off time. We are always here to help you and your child when you need it.

This week, Blossom Room will start to learn the letter "A." They will also learn different ways to use words to express their feelings, to ask for help, and to solve problems.

This year has started off on a great note! We started off talking about how special we are and how we are alike and different at the same time. We also have been getting to know each other through art, games, dances, and free choice play! Your kids are getting to know the school, their daily schedule, their teachers, and Pastor Bryan. Miss Susie and I are looking forward to a fantastic year learning, exploring, and playing together.

Last week in Garden Room, we talked about being kind, sharing, and cooperation. We also learned a new calendar song with Miss Claudia. We will be continuing with our theme "All About Me". Parents please make sure that your child brings back their About Me bag to class, so that they can share it. We want to get to know each and everyone of them. Also, we would like to thank you all for a great start to our school year and we are exited for what is to come.
