Summer Fellowship & Service Events
 VBS Ice Cream SocialThursday, June 30, 7 p.m.Enjoy a brief program presented by our Vacation Bible School children and enjoy ice cream afterwards! Second Sunday Service Project*Sunday, July 10, After WorshipGrab a snack, a cup of coffee or lemonade and join us in Founders Hall to work on a service project. We'll be done by 11:30 a.m. or so. Tentative projects include: Assembling homeless care packages, making blankets, and tying paracord bracelets. (These continue the projects from Lent for which we still have some supplies on hand.) BBQ & MovieSunday, July 31, After WorshipWe'll enjoy a picnic BBQ lunch and a movie in air conditioned comfort! Movie TBA. Free will offering towards cost of lunch. Second Sunday Service Project*Sunday, August 14, After WorshipWe will be preparing meals for the homeless, which will be distributed at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in North Hollywood, in partnership with Lutheran Social Services. Life Income Agreements
 Life income agreements are available for people who want to make an irrevocable gift that will benefit ELCA ministries and congregations after death, while retaining an income interest during life or for a term of years. The ELCA Foundation administers a wide variety of such life income agreements that are in compliance with federal laws and state regulations that govern the issuance and administration of these agreements. These income arrangements include: Charitable Gift Annuities, Charitable Remainder Unitrusts, and Charitable Remainder Annuity Trusts.
