This will be the final newsletter of the 2015 - 2016 school year. Thank you for another fabulous year. We hope your family had a fantastic experience at SOV. PTF Volunteer Brunch Tomorrow

Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran School would like to thank the PTF volunteers who planned, coordinated, and staffed the various events throughout the school year. These events would not have been a success without the your dedication and hard work. A very special thanks to the PTF President, Lisa Lee, for her generous time and support throughout the school year. Once again, thank you PTF for helping to make SOV great!

Important Information & Reminders

Free Dress Day all week.

Last day of Preschool is on Wednesday, June 8. There will be
no Stay & Play on Wednesday.

Pick up on Wednesday- Our parking lot will be unavailable for pick up on Wednesday afternoon and street parking might not be available due to a funeral service. Please pull up to the orange cones at the Peterson Street entrance and we will bring your child to you. Do not plan to be able to come on campus after school without parking a long distance away.

Last day of Elementary school is on Friday, June 10 (noon dismissal). Office will close at 11 a.m. and there is no Club House.

As we prepare for the end of school year, please remember final report cards will be only given to families whose accounts are in good standing. Please resolve all final obligations by Wednesday, June 8. If you have any questions, please contact the office.

We'll be starting in the Chapel then moving to Founders Hall

at 10:15 a.m. for light refreshments and snacks.

The End of Year Party will follow and conclude at 12:00 p.m.
No Stay and Play. All children must be picked up by noon.

End of Year Celebration & Volunteer Opportunities

Make sure your children are prepared to get wet! They should come to school wearing bathing suit, shorts (girls) and t-shirt. Bring a hat and towel and make sure they are wearing closed-toed shoes. (tennis or water shoes - no crocs or flip-flops). Remember sunscreen!

We still need a few parents who can help out during the end of year party!

Donate your used clothes for our clothing drive. If you missed donating for our rummage sale, this is a great opportunity for you to clean out your closet. You may also donate used uniforms you don't want to keep. We need lots of clothing!

Please drop off to the office by Friday.

Teddy Bear Picnic

The TK, K and 5th/6th grade classes had a fantastic time on Friday at the Teddy Bear Picnic! The day was a little warm, but what a special way to end the year with our Fantastic Friends!

Our summer staff has been planning a fantastic, fun-filled summer camp for kids!

All children from preschool through 6th grade are welcome. We're offering 5 sessions of full days, half days, and extended days. The program includes lots of games, crafts, fun activities and even field trips!
