Thank you to all our families for participating in this event and raising funds for Shepherd of the Valley.

How to Donate

If you or your family would like to make a donation online, you may use the "Donate" button on our website

or use the button below. Please be sure to include the student's name in the required space on the form.

Please remember to turn in your donation forms to help our school get to the Turkey Trot fund raising goal.

All forms are due by Thursday, November 19.

Turkey Trot T-Shirt Decorating

Please have your child bring a white shirt to school tomorrow, Tuesday, November 17, if you would like to decorate and wear it for the Turkey Trot.

Turkey Trot Event Day

The parking lot will be closed this Friday, November 20 for drop-off in the morning for the event. Please use the gate on Peterson street for drop-off. All parents are encouraged to stay for the Turkey Trot and cheer for our great students!

Turkey Trot
Friday, November 20, 8:30 a.m. The Turkey Trot begins right after drop off. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes! The Parking lot will be closed for the event. Please use the Peterson street gate for drop-off, see the picture above.

Thanksgiving Break

Monday, November 23 - Friday, November 27

Club House for elementary students will be open on Monday and Tuesday ONLY during break. Please prearrange with the office. Reminder, payment is due by Thursday, November 19.

Christmas Concert Program

Preschool: Wednesday, December 9, 9:30 a.m.
TK-6: Thursday, December 10, 7:00 p.m.

The children are busy practicing their songs. Everyone is invited!

Registration Fee Reminder

The first installment of the registration fee ($100) for the 2016-17 year is due by Monday, November 30. The fees will increase December 1.

Food Pantry Needs

On Wednesday, please bring non-perishable food to SOV. There is a great need for peanut butter, jelly, canned fruits and vegetables, potatoes, cereal, and stuffing. The food donations will be delivered by th5/6 graders to the food pantry at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Thank you for your generosity and Happy Thanksgiving!

Candy Split

Student Council and the Frontline Foundation thanks everyone who participated in the Candy split. An incredible 54 1/2 pounds of candy was collected!
