Back to School Sunday and Sunday School Kick-Off This Week!
9:00-9:30 a.m. Sunday School
Currently three classes are offered: Preschool-1st, 2nd-6th, and a discussion group for adults. The adult group is especially appropriate for parents whose children are studying the same story in their Sunday School classes, but all are welcome. All three classes are following a two-year overview of key stories of the Bible.
This week's story: Adam and Eve (Genesis 2:4-25)
9:30-10:30 Worship Service
Preschool and elementary school staff are dedicated, as well as Sunday School leaders. The Sanctuary Choir resumes singing an anthem and leading congregational song.
9:30-10:30 Sunday Club House for Children
The first part of the hour includes activities which reinforce the story learned in Sunday School. Once these activities are completed, there will be supervised play.

Stephen Ministry - Care Receivers Tell Their Stories
A Stephen Minister comes alongside a hurting person and meets with that person on a weekly basis to listen, care, encourage, pray, and provide emotional and spiritual support. Men are paired with men; women with women. Over the years, well over one-and-a-half million people have benefited from the one-to-one, Christ-centered care of a Stephen Minister. Watch care receivers share their stories.
