SOV Work Party This Saturday, August 22!
| 
This Saturday, we are looking for volunteers to help get our school grounds in order and prep the playground for the new school year. This event is a great opportunity to meet the teachers and school families.
7:00 a.m. Playground Prep - Bring your shovels and pitchforks to help spread sand and refresh the bark
9:00 a.m. Classroom Cleanup - Bring buckets and gloves and prepare to make the classrooms sparkle
11:00 a.m. Family Fellowship at West Hills Pizza Company

Thursday, August 27 at 10 a.m.
Recycled Uniform Sale
Thursday, August 27 from 10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Recycled uniforms will be available for purchase after new student orientation. Drop off your unwanted uniforms by Friday, August 21 - donations are tax-deductible.
First Day of School
Wednesday, September 2 at 9:30 a.m.
School begins with Chapel. All parents are strongly encouraged to attend and sit with their children. Refreshments for the parents will be in the garden after Chapel. TK and K will be dismissed early at 11:00 a.m.
Club House
Wednesday, September 2.
Club House will begin after school.
Hot Lunch
Hot lunch will be available beginning Tuesday, September 8. Please review the hot lunch form and turn it in with your payment by Friday, September 4.
Back-to-School Night (Preschool)
Thursday, September 10 at 7:00 p.m.
This event is for parents and guardians (no childcare provided).
Back-to-School Sunday (Preschool - 6th)
Sunday, September 13 at 9:30 a.m.
Children are invited to Sunday School during the service.

Limited Preschool Openings
|  Our Preschool is almost full for September 2015! Sunshine Room (ages 3.5-5), Tuesday and Thursday classes are available. In our Blossom Room (ages 2-3.5), spaces are being added. Please tell your friends and spread the news. Contact our Preschool Director Nereyda Levings for more information at 818-347-6784.

Movie (in the Sanctuary) - 7:30 p.m.

We will be accepting donations for the school's classroom needs.
