November 16 - Challenged to Serve

We receive commitment cards this week (and next) as part of our worship service. Everyone is encouraged to respond to the invitation to increase their financial commitment to the church.

This week's discussion will center on the women who supported Jesus out of their own resources as well as the one who anointed him. The reading in Luke 7:36-8:3 gives examples to us of followers of Jesus who grew in their understanding of and response to God's grace and forgiveness.  We will again meet in Founder's Hall after the service and will conclude no later than 11:30 a.m.

The Clock Strikes Thank-Scrip-ing Day Soon!

The big holiday shopping season is almost here, and that means we have another Thank-Scrip-ing Day event lined up for you! On November 27, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, partake in the highest rebate offers on popular ScripNow products and get your electronic gift cards delivered to your ShopWithScrip account in minutes - just in time for the biggest shopping day of the year!

To participate, make sure that you are able to log-in to your ShopWithScrip account and place online orders. Or go mobile this Thank-Scrip-ing season and access your eCards through MyScripWallet on the go!
