Council Meeting Highlights
Church Council is continually committed to keeping our congregation informed. Here is some important information from our last meeting:
- The Synod Assembly meets May 30-31 in Glendale. We are eligible to send three lay delegates.
- An extended communion program (for those unable to be in worship) will be fully implemented next month.
- The new roof over the library/kitchen wing passed its test in the recent rain. The church roof held up fairy well.
- Leak detectors have been placed under sinks in places where an unnoticed plumbing leak could lead to damage.
- Altar Guild's annual church cleaning will be Saturday, April 12 (the day before Palm Sunday).

First Communion Training
If you have a child in third grade who intends to be communed, please contact the office or Pastor Bryan. Preparation will be provided as part of the curriculum for those in our school.
Those not in our school should plan to attend a training session on Saturday, April 5 at 10 a.m.
First Communion will take place on Holy Thursday,
April 17 at 7 p.m. |
Our Spring Gala is this Saturday, March 22 at 5 p.m. Join us for BBQ, Bingo and Silent Auction fun. Invite your friends and extended family. It's a great night for all ages!
Childcare will be available from 6 p.m.to close for preschoolers and elementary-aged children. |

The April meeting of the SOV Book Club has been moved to Sunday, April 27, at 10:45 in the library. Our April selection is Life After Life by Kate Atkinson. Please join us!

Giving and Serving Opportunities
Operation gratitude weekend assembly days:
