Ash Wednesday Service
Tonight at 7 p.m.
The Service of Holy Communion and Imposition of Ashes is tonight
at 7 p.m. (childcare available). Join us for this service of repentance and renewal.
There will be no youth programs or soup/dessert tonight. However, confirmation and high school youth programs will resume next Wednesday and continue through Lent.

 Our Spring Gala is right around the corner. Save the date: Saturday, March 22 at 5 p.m. Join us for BBQ, bingo and Silent Auction fun. Invite your friends and extended family. It's a great night for all ages!
Free childcare will be available for preschool-age children and Club House will be open for our elementary students.

This is the final week to make your Silent Auction donations. The following are especially needed:
- Sewing/Knitting/Crafting (tool and/or books)
- Family Night (DVDs, movie passes, restaurant gift cards)
- Baking classes or instructional books
- Sports gift cards (Sports Authority, Sports Chalet, etc.)

Shrove Tuesday Thank You
Thank you to everyone who supported our youth and attended our Shrove Tuesday pancake dinner. We had a lot of fun and we hope you did, too! Thank you to IHOP restaurant on Vanowen and Fallbrook for donating their "special recipe" pre-made pancake batter for our event.

Looking Ahead

9:30 a.m. Third/Fourth Sing 10:30 a.m. Book Club meets in the Vaswig Library to discuss, "Killing Jesus," by Bill O'Reilly and Martin Dugard. 10:50 a.m. Lay communion training meeting - anyone interested in becoming a lay communion visitor to those who cannot attend services is invited to this training session. There is no obligation to commit until after the training is over. Please come and check it out.
